Mr. Rothman was born in New York, New York in 1955. He is admitted to practice law in New York State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Rothman joined Garbarini & Scher in 1992. Prior to joining Garbarini & Scher, Mr. Rothman distinguished himself as a Captain with the United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps. He practices in all of the firms areas with a focus on research and writing on insurance, contract and coverage issues. He has published an often-quoted article entitled; "The Meaning of Accidental Means Clause in Insurance Policies."
