Mr. Gianaris was born in Queens, New York in 1965.  He is admitted to practice in New York State and Federal Courts.
 
Mr. Gianaris joined Garbarini & Scher, P.C. in 2003.  He was formerly in the Queens County District Attorney's Office where he was Chief, Airport Investigations Unit as well as in Homicide and Organized Crime & Rackets Bureaus.  Mr. Gianaris is a member of the Hellenic Lawyers Association, past president.
