Mr. Weinstock was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1964. He is admitted to practice law in New York State and Federal Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, New Jersey State and Federal Courts, and Connecticut State and Federal Courts. As well as the District of Columbia.
Mr. Weinstock joined Garbarini & Scher in 1991 and became a Member of the firm in 1996. He is a seasoned litigator who is responsible for management and trial of cases in all of the firms practice areas. He also provides instructional training for the firms younger attorneys. Mr. Weinstock specializes in Alternative Dispute Resolution and has been a guest lecturer for the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Weinstock is a Member of The American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
