Mr. Weinmann was born in New York City in 1960. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey State and Federal Courts.

 

Mr. Weinmann joined Garbarini & Scher in 1992 and has been a Member of the firm since 1996. Mr. Weinmann, one of the firm’s Managing Partners, is also the head of the firm’s Complex Litigation Team. He is responsible for the defense of many of the firm’s more challenging cases including construction accidents, civil rights, medical malpractice, toxic tort and medical device claims. He was formerly an Assistant District Attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s Office.

 

Mr. Weinmann is a Lecturer in the Master’s level course in Health and Law at the New York Medical College, and has been a commentator on Court TV. He is also a frequent guest judge for the Fordham University School of Law Moot Court Board.
