Mr. Paley was born in New York City in 1954. He is admitted to practice law in New York State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Paley joined Garbarini & Scher in 1992 and became a Member of the firm in 1994. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County from 1982 to 1987 and was formerly affiliated with the law firm of Fisher, Fallon, Salerno, Betlesky & Kelly. He devotes most of his time to trial work, trying many high exposure cases each year, primarily in the area of Medical Malpractice.
