Mr. Cooper was born in 1959. He is admitted to practice law in New York State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Cooper joined Garbarini &Scher in 1998. Mr. Cooper handles cases in all of the firm’s practice areas and is particularly active in insurance coverage disputes, appellate practice and Worker’s Compensation.
