Mr. Buckley was born in Queens, New York, in 1953. Mr. Buckley is admitted to practice law in New York State and Federal Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, New Jersey State and Federal Courts and Michigan State Courts.
Mr. Buckley joined Garbarini & Scher in 2000. He is the firm’s Appellate Counsel. He writes dozens of briefs each year and argues before both State and Federal Appellate Courts. He also provides research support when novel legal issues present themselves in cases pending before the trial court.
Mr. Buckley has the privilege of serving as the vice-chair of the Appellate Courts Committee of the New York County Lawyers Association. He also sits on the Committee on Capital Punishment of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and on the Board York Criminal and Civil Court Bar Association.
Mr. Buckley is also a frequent moot court judge at Fordham University School of Law.
